First and foremost all staff at the Ozark location is very friendly and courteous... There is no pressure in upsales ,it’s a simple question and info on the product if interested.Second , Kendra is a great stylist and my stylist,not that the others aren’t... You want her, book advance is my advice... Keep doing what ur doing Kendra!!!
