When ur wait time is 0 min when u check in online but then get there & have to wait is unacceptable to me. I had to leave because I didn't have time to wait..& then when I said to the stylist I was leaving, she was less than apologetic & that's putting it nicely. Never had an issue before w/this place but I haven't been here in over a year due to the pandemic. There was nobody I recognized so I guess everyone u had before quit?? From my observations ur people lack severely in customer service & professional attitudes. If this does not change, I won't be back.

I have visited this location since last year and have had different stylist cut, wash hair. Trim Beard, etc. Each and every time they delivered an excellent experience. A big shout out to Ms. Katie at store 25-084 for another wonderful job and a good tip on foil shavers!
